Information we use

If you contact us, we receive your name, email address, optional organisation, selected topic and message. We use these details to respond and keep track of the conversation. Please do not send sensitive personal information, account details or confidential documents in your first message.

Purpose and legal basis

We handle ordinary enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and managing relevant communications. You can object to this processing. A contact enquiry is not a newsletter subscription, booking or purchase.

Providers and delivery

The website and enquiry delivery use Hostinger services. Messages are delivered to the relevant institutional or professional mailbox and are not published. Hosting and email providers may process information under their service arrangements, including safeguards for any applicable international transfers.

Security and retention

We use an essential session cookie to protect the form. The hosting service may record technical access information for security. The form uses temporary security records to limit repeated submissions. General enquiries are reviewed and normally deleted within 12 months after the last exchange unless an ongoing relationship or a legal obligation requires continued retention.

Cookies and analytics

This version contains no advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. Images, fonts and other page assets are served with the website or provided by your device. The essential contact session does not track you across websites.

Your rights

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion or restriction, or to object to processing. Other rights may apply under data protection law. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet, or your relevant supervisory authority.

Changes

We will update this notice when the website, contact arrangements or services change. New uses of personal information will not be inferred from a previous enquiry.
